I started my PhD in September 2019 after completing my BSc the previous year also at Exeter University. In the final year of my undergrad program I was awarded the Newman Prize for "Most outstanding project in terms ingenuity and intuition shown". My project was titled 'Spin-Polarised Scanning Tunneling Microscopy of a CoNi/Pt multilayer using a Scanning Probe coated in a Co Film".
The title of my PhD project is "Manipulating the Coupling and Scattering between Surface Wave sand Plane Waves on Metasurfaces and at their Discontinuities".
